Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA)

In compliance with state law (105 ILCS 140/1) and LaSalle Elementary School District 122 Board of Education Policy 2:250, the district's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) officer will respond to requests from anyone desiring to inspect and/or copy a district public record.  

The majority of documents can be found on the district website.  If you are unable to find the specific information for which you are searching , please follow the procedures below.

No fees shall be charged for the first 50 pages of black-and-white copies requested. After the first 50 pages, the fee for black-and-white shall be 15¢ per page. . The district may waive or reduce fees if the person requesting the records states the specific purpose for the request and indicates that a waiver or reduction of fees is in the public interest.
