Community Eligibility Provision
LaSalle Elementary School District 122 participates in the Community Eligibility Provision of the National School Lunch Program . Children need healthy meals to learn. We offer healthy meals at no charge every school day. Breakfast and lunch are both offered free to all students. Milk is offered for free with the hot lunch. Additional milk costs $.40.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online here, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
